stressed af…

are you experiencing…

  • Weight gain or fluctuation

  • Chronic pain in joints, low back, or other areas

  • Low motivation, indecisiveness, or poor focus

  • Chronic health conditions that you have trouble managing

  • Procrastination and avoidance

  • Difficulty progressing towards personal and or professional goals

  • Disorganization in your home, car, work

  • Frequent frustration

  • Disconnection from your purpose?

whew there’s a lot going on in that list, and the most common contributing factor:

stress

there has been a lot of push in the self-care culture lately as a solution to stress… I’m here for it. AND self-care that will allow us to show up day-in-day-out goes deeper than a bubble bath, that 2-hours alone (at target), a meditation, gym session.

Sustainable self-care aka sustainable stress management comes from more than a few allotted hours to yourself. at a baseline, I like to address structure:

  1. Structuring your time

  2. Structuring your environment (home/office)

  3. Structuring your boundaries.

How can OT help?

Occupational therapy categorizes lifestyle in a unique approach that allows us to discover stressors within your ecosystem and develop adaptive approaches that will save you health, money, and time.

beyond structure examples of my scope include:

  • reconnecting with your intuition—the true answer to health and happiness!

  • work together to manage current and chronic health issues.

  • prevention education and training! What habits do you have that support or suppress your health?

  • is your home a source of stress? I provide home visits to decrease environmental strain. Make your home your (FUNctional) sanctuary!

  • how we talk to ourselves matters! Upgrade your narrative and feel empowered in how you manage frustrations and follow-through

  • maximize how you use your time=maximize your productivity
