the 90-day intuitive lifestyle program includes:
• movement, home, health, and lifestyle assessments for the creation of an individualized plan
• 1:1 sessions, once per week to reconnect with your intuitive health (in-person or zoom).
• options for daily communication via text, email, or voxer
• ongoing coaching, education, training, resources to support physical, mental, relational, emotional, and or spiritual health
• in-home support for (FUNctional) sustainability, organization, and tranquility
• self-regulation training
• structure that supports sustainable transformations
Why is it important to reconnect to my intuition?
Intuition is using all of our senses, tuning into ourselves,
and trusting what we are feeling or ‘know’ to be right
When we live intuitively, we move out of our heads and into our whole body, as people make this transition they can experience:
empowered choice, autonomy, wellbeing
meaningful, purpose-filled roles, rituals, routines
movement in ways that energize you
moderation of food consumption
losing weight and keeping it off!

have established roles, habits, routines, rituals that support your health and wellness
you are physically and mentally able to participate in activities you need and want to participate in
you have a sense of accomplishment or pride towards the end of your day (most days)
you are setting and working towards personal and or professional goals
you still experience stress and you are able to navigate through it, but it doesn’t knock you off your axis (for long)
