collective energy is very powerful. and I will say it frankly… energy in the last 2 years has felt fearful and uncertain.

so, how do we come back to ourselves? how do we escape energy that does not benefit us to experience for long periods of time? how do I become the person to project energies that benefit me and others? through the development of boundaries- physical, emotional, mental, spiritual. it isn't easy work, but it is work worth doing. the most sustainable way to set boundaries is through self-work, healing and coming back to yourself.

let your intuition resurface and you will find it easier to filter out the energy that does not serve you!
coming back to yourself, to your knowing and intuition is ultimately the answer to true happiness. living with intuition is how your time, energy and money is best used. it will move you towards health and allow you to experience more energies of joy, abundance, and motivation… it can also help you move through less preferred energies more quickly. (HEY! we still need to experience perceived negatives… we just don’t need to lose ourselves in them).
